1. Booking & Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking.

2. Payment

• Full payment must be made before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride may be eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged in full.

4. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must behave responsibly during the ride.

• Smoking, illegal substances, or damage to the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

• Signature Limo Rentals reserves the right to refuse service if passengers violate rules.

5. Liability

• Signature Limo Rentals is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items during transportation.

6. Service Use

• Vehicles are operated only by Signature Limo Rentals’ authorized drivers.

• We reserve the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles in case of mechanical issues or availability.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
